CHAPTER 2___ You're Mine
Elizabeth's POV.
I was beyond astonished that the moon goddess could be so surprising to give me the Alpha as my mate.
Alpha Alexander was my mate.
He was one of the powerful Alphas and he was young and well respected for his charisma and diligence towards his duties to this pack but I was never one to judge a book by its cover.
At one point in my life, I detested the Alpha even before I met him because he never did anything to protect the lowest rank in the pack. There was no one put in place to receive reports of maltreatment of the omegas and gammas.
I counted that time as childishness because I discovered that he might not even have an idea that this was happening under his nose but right now, I had the opportunity to know him but the complex question was…
Would he accept me as his mate?.
I didn't really expect an Alpha to stoop so low to the level of a good-for-nothing omega. A dirty and insignificant one at that.
I had nothing but little jobs that could hardly feed me and then my mother and friends;other than that I had nothing else.
My eyes studied his face and he had one of the most handsome and attractive features that I had ever seen.
He had a well shaped eye and alluring dark emerald orbs,his nose was perfect and his lips were slightly pink like one of the pink roses that I picked or rather stole from someone's yard.
On his face was a blank expression. He didn't show any sign of irritation or detest how I looked. It was a relief to me that he didn't feel disgusted by the sight of me.
He suddenly took steps closer to me; the dry leaves under his feet were cracking and creaking.
My heart was thumping in my chest as I fought to keep my wolf in control from grasping him into my arms and placing our mark on him.
He reached close to me and put the torch close to my face. His delicate fingers slowly touched my face and tugged behind my ear, a stray strand of my sticky dark hair.
I felt a strange sensation as he touched my cheekbone, it made my skin heat up. He made his two fingers rub against my cheek then divert to mg lips.
A little gasp escaped my lips as he caressed my lips gently, I could feel his nails pierce my lips and my eyes shut involuntarily.
Now, I felt his fingers close to my breasts and my n*****s hardened as his seductive and warm touch swirled around my n*****s.
I had completely forgotten that I was naked before him but my body had voluntarily become too numb to stop him from exploring my nudity.
A press on my left n****e made a moan escape my lips.
"Ah" I gasped and my eyes shot open to stare at him.
It was quite surreal that Alpha himself could be my mate and even touch me but that didn't mean he accepted me.
Alpha Alexander released my n****e as he heard sounds coming from the other ends of the woods.
"Do you have anything to wear?"
Just his voice made my heart melt instantly. It sounded so charming and manly…
I shook my head in response and he removed his big jacket and handed it over to me.
"Wear this and go home" Alpha Alexander said coldly and sauntered away.
I had the urge to run after him but I restrained myself. I didn't really like his coldness, there was hardly any emotion in his voice even when he was aware that I was his mate.
I sighed tiredly and looked at the jacket he had given me. The scent that emanated from it was irresistible;I put it close to my nostrils and sniffed in his scent.
"Hmm". I moaned as I recalled how he touched me earlier.
I rubbed my thighs uncomfortably against each other and smiled.
An omega mated to an Alpha, could I be any luckier?.

I woke up more energized than ever. I ate breakfast with my mother but was delayed by two friends who wouldn't stop talking.
Thankfully I was on an evening shift and I could sit and chat with them and be playfully bullied by them.
"Has Marie told you?" Chloe asked and pulled me aside.
Marie followed us with her arms crossed and her eyes continually rolling in a dramatic manner.
"What are you both concealing for me?" I questioned with a cheerful smile on my face.
"Marie has met her mate" Chloe replied and I hugged Marie in excitement.
"Congratulations" I hugged her tightly. She gently pushed me away saying that I was suffocating her.
"Don't let the attention be on me because you were the one who got your wolf yesterday" Marie smiled.
Chloe and Marie were both daughters of Gammas, they always acted like sisters but actually they weren't.
"I am happy as well," Chloe grinned.
"But we haven't talked about your mate and the owner of that jacket" Marie giggled and pointed over to the couch.
I wanted to scream ecstatically to them that I had found a mate and it was the Alpha but I held my peace.
No one would really believe me and I wasn't sure if Alpha Alexander even regarded me as his mate.
" The jacket isn't important, let's focus on you Marie." I giggled, sadly.

I reached the river to wash his jacket. I figured that it must have smeared with some mud.
I met some male werewolves hanging out close to the river. I held my bucket tightly and walked there.
" If it isn't the omega "they mocked but ignored them.
I bent and fetched myself some water but one of them grabbed the bucket from me and flung it out of my hands.
The remaining two stood up from where they were and walked up to me. I was about to leave when one of them held me.
"Leave me!" I yelled but they began touching me in different places.
"Stop" I cried out in distress.
"Leave her!"
We all heard the voice and my eyes met with those beautiful sets of emerald eyes.
They were so shocked to see him that one of them nervously peed on himself. I was stunned by the effect he had on them.
"How dare you harass her?"
"Alpha, we are sorry" they all bowed in submission.
"Leave before I tear you all to shreds" Alpha Alexander ordered angrily.
They scurried away and his bodyguards also departed at a sign from him. He then walked to me.
"Are you hurt?" Alpha Alexander asked affectionately and I shook my head slowly.
"No," I replied.
He suddenly pulled me to himself and wrapped his hands possessively around my waist.
"I won't let anyone hurt you again. you are mine, mate" He whispered close to my lips.
