ZAIYREE The knock on my door told me it was time to head to the training area. It was early, but I already knew that. I had been awake for over an hour, and the sun still wasn’t up. Rhett liked to train first thing in the morning, according to Ezra. It explained why I hadn’t seen him around the pack house before. I opened the door, and I was greeted by a sleepy-eyed Ezra. He was wearing casual sweatpants and a white tank top. A sweatshirt was draped over his shoulder, and his arms were tucked into his pockets. This was the most casual I had seen him, and I couldn’t tear my eyes away from him. His muscles were exposed more than normal, and even though he wasn’t flexing, I couldn’t stop staring at him. “Ready?” His voice was gruff, and I was sure this was the first time he had spoken this
