When we land I get up and lean down to release Saige from her seatbelt, breathing in her intoxicating scent. “There you go darling”.
‘Sure you want to release her ?’ Remus says with a wolfish grin.
I chose to ignore him, not being in the mood for his shenanigans.
The door is opened and the stairs pulled down. A head poking in. “Welcome back to Isla Luna sir, welcome miss”.
“Hi Paco”. I give him a nod and a smile, he has worked for the pack for a long time, overseeing the Island and mansion here. “This is Saige, she is a valued guest”.
“Yes sir, of course”. He says with a small bow.
I move aside to let Saige walk in front of me out of the helicopter.
“And Paco ?!” I say as I step down on the small runway after Saige.
“Yes sir ?” He seems to perk up.
I give him a small sm
