"When did you and your boyfriend have that argument?" I asked, realizing I hadn't texted Ava since this morning.

couldn't understand why Ava would be upset with Tom. She walked towards the bathroom, still undressed.
"Alright, fine. You win," I conceded, not wanting to miss out on the chance to relax in the bathtub with Ava.
I didn't want to pry and upset Ava, and I didn't want to lose the opportunity to spend more time naked with her, even if it was just for relaxation.
