I awoke to the gentle touch of Ace stroking my hair, his presence comforting and warm.
"Did I wake you, my beautiful Luna?" he asked, his voice tinged with guilt.
I needed to reassure him that I didn't mind that waking up to him was a fantastic way to start the day.
"No, not at all. It's actually a wonderful way to wake up," I replied, placing a sweet kiss on his cheek as he smiled.
