Mrs. Waters and Dr. Waters had helped move Brian outside so he could sit and enjoy the nice weather. Dr. Waters said it would help him recover faster to sit out in the sun, and Brian was glad they had let him sit outside. It was nice out, and from where he sat, he could see the movement of the pack as they worked together to get things done. There was "no, that's not my job" or "what's in it for me if I help you." As the people worked, kids ran around playing and laughing. And if their game was interrupted by an adult asking them to help with something, they helped with no complaints before going back to their game.
