“What the hell!” I managed to get out, before I lifted my sight, only to meet with Lukas' amused expression.
“Let go of me!” I hissed at him, trying to push him away, but he pinned me back against the wall without doing much.
“Did you get my little gift?” He smirked, ignoring my outburst completely. I wasn’t surprised that he was the one who threatened to get David fired, but what I didn’t get was why he had been following me that day.
“What are you up to now? Can’t you just leave me alone? You got what you wanted, so why do you have to drag others in to this!?” I fumed at him as I was still trying to get free from his hold, but to no avail.
