Chapter 45: kit's weakness.
Hours later, clouds rolled in, blocking the blue sky and turning everything gray. Kit didn't notice the weather because, like always, he was having fun with Gunner. They drew plans for the lodge and talked about what renovations the kitchen would need to be up to code. Gunner even had an entire folder on his phone of pictures of inexpensive ideas that he wanted to use on the property. With every moment that passed, Kit enjoyed Gunner's mind more and more. He also found himself enamored with the test of thinking about a project on a limited income. There was a challenge to the struggle that he found more entraining than his normal way of handling business.
