Seanna Myst’s POV After ending my connection with Ares. My eyes start wonder around scanning the dean’s office. Brought back memories with my younger self. Giggling to myself from the moments of my past, keeping my emotions in check. Hearing the door open. Seeing the asshole who helped Bryan kidnap me once again, entering the room. Rolling my twin bright blue eyes at my capture, who was stumbling around the room. Waiting for him to get a little closer so I can snap his neck. “Sea, we need to make this quick before they all come back” keeping my emotions blank on my face, watching him. Raising one of my bright red elegant eyebrows at the man. “Lili, this i***t is f*****g drunk.” I exclaimed through our connection. “Oh goddess. This is hilarious!” Lilianna said with amusement in her voice. Pushing Lilianna’s voice to the back of my mind. Pure amusement shining within my twin blue eyes, just watching this i***t not realize this would be the end. Using one of my hands to half shift into one of my claws. Using my one hand to slice threw the rope that was keeping my hands tied together. Letting out the breath I was holding in, feeling the rope slip off my dainty wrists. Keeping my eyes on him, making sure I could stay quiet. Taking a quick glance away from him, flexing both of my wrists and hand, letting the blood flow back into my hands. Working towards getting the rope off my tied feet. Letting a small smile grace my tired face in triumph. Standing up from my seat, making my way towards the passed out guard. Wrapping my hands around his head, feeling him wake up from his nap. Making a quick decision, snapping his neck, hearing the crunch noise coming from him. Knowing that he was dead. Lifting him up and placing his dead body behind the dean’s desk. Making sure no one can see him. Straining my hearing out to see if there was anymore rogues nearby. Making my way towards the door. Double checking my surroundings, opening the door as quiet as I can. What I had seen in the room. Almost made me laugh. Raising my eyebrows into my hairline, narrowing my eyes trying to figure out the confusing situation that lays before me. “Um, Sea. Maybe we should just kill them from within” sighing from hearing Lili’s words, knowing that would be the best option. “You’re right. It would be best if we just end them without too much bloodshed.” Ending my mind link with Lilianna. Making my way to the first rogue near the front entrance of the office. Placing my hand upon his forehead, summoning up my white energy, letting it surround the entire room, killing every rogue. Serving the cerebral in their brains, killing them all. Walking up towards the main desk, hopping up on the desk. Sitting crossed legged, and head in my arms on top of the office desk. Feeling how exhausted I was from using my gifts and taking out these rogues. Letting my tired mind close off, sleep came to me very. One thing I smelt before passing out was my warrior mate. Letting out the breath I was holding in. Whimpering from the warmth coming from my mate. Being picked up into my mate’s strong embraced. I wrapped my myself around his large muscular body, keeping my arms and legs secured around him. Feeling the need to rest and sleep. After sleepless night from the weeks we dealt with, because of Bryan. Hearing a slight commotion coming from behind Ares. Snuggling more into my mate, resting my head in the crook of his neck, sniffing in his distinctive scent of Fresh ocean water and sandalwood. My mate came for me, saving me from this hell with Bryan. Sighing from everything that has happened, opening my tired eyes. Watching the scene in front of me, seeing Alex apprehend Bryan. Seeing this brings me more peace in mind, knowing that he won’t bother me and my family ever again. “Ares, can we please go home now?” I said with a tired voice. Placing a sweet kiss upon my mate’s neck. Giggling from seeing my giant alpha male shiver from my touch. Ares Maxwell POV Driving our way back to the Rising River Wolf Pack, keeping my emotions from leaking through the mate bond. I did not want to worry my queen with my heighten emotions. Pulling up to the main gate after driving for a few hours. Shutting off the engine, I get out of the car, closing my door. Opening up the back door, picking up my queen into my arms. Carrying her close to my chest, making our way to our room. Ignoring everyone who stopped to see what the commotion was happening behind me. Sighing and shaking my head from evenings events. Entering our room, walking over our bed placing my loving mate on to our king size bed. Making sure I tucked in her and safe. Leaning down above my mate, pushing some of her blood red hair away from my beautiful face. Leaving a soft kiss upon her forehead. Letting her sleep away from today’s stressful ordeals. “Be back soon, my love. Sleep well.” Whispering against her small elf like ears, leaving the room. Nodding to one guard leaning against the wall next to our room. Turning away from my love, I make my way to the pit. Where Alpha Alexander told me there will be with Bryan. Keeping my face emotionless, clenching both of my hands into fist. Letting my anger roll off me with burning fire ready to explode. Knocking on the door, waiting for someone to open it up. “Beta Maxwell, this way.” Nodding my head, following the warrior towards the sounds of agony coming from down the hall. Having a smirk upon my hard face, entering the room watching the scene unfold in front of me. “This fucker will get what he deserves.” Narrowing my dark hunter green eyes, crossing my arms across my large broad chest. “Ra, he will get worse for not once, but twice for k********g our queen” ending my mind link with Ra, letting my anger seep through my veins and aura. Watching the fucker squirm and shake with fright. Noticing that I was standing right behind Alpha Alexander. Giving him a sinister smile upon my face. Showing him who the f**k he had messed with, when it concerns my Love. Alpha Alexander’s POV Ignoring the stare down between Beta Ares and Bryan. Shaking my head, smirking from seeing my ex-best friend piss himself with Ares Alpha aura shining throughout the room. “Bryan, why?” leaning in the chair I was sitting in, arms crossed over my chest. Observing Bryan more, I had noticed that he was not himself. It was as if he was no longer a werewolf. “Alex, I don’t feel Braxton.” Hearing Haze worry through our connection. Narrowing my grey-blue eyes, trying to pin point what could have happened to Bryan’s wolf. Shaking my head, ordering the warriors to unchain Bryan. Now, knowing that we were dealing with a human within my pack. Seeing Ares, leaning against the wall looking bored and calm through all of this. Smirking with amusement shining in my eyes, knowing it would not matter if Bryan lives or dies. Standing up from my seat, I pull on the pair of latex gloves, so I don’t hurt myself with the silver bullets laying next to the pistol on the small table near me. “Bryan, just tell me one thing. What happened to Braxton?” keeping my voice void of emotion, finished with loading the pistol. Handing the gun over to Ares, watching this 6’6 man full of muscle, smiling with a sinister look shining within the depths of his dark hunter green eyes. Shaking my head, trying to keep the amusement out of my voice. Turning back around to watch Bryan hang his head. Bryan Hampton’s POV Hearing Alexander ask about my wolf. Brought me into a depressed state. No one knew that I lost Braxton that same day. The day I had rejected Seanna. Trying to breathe in through the pain from the beatings. Raising my eyes a little, following the giant man before me, holds the gun in his gigantic hands. Fear, powerful sense of fear, was coursing through my veins. Just watching this man, his aura felt dark, felt like a burning fire. Almost similar to a volcano ready to erupt. Coughing to clear my throat, ready to answer Alexander. I knew what I did was wrong. Thought if I take it all back. Braxton would return. Lifting my head up, feeling the bruise around my eyes. Knowing that it swelled them shut from the beatings. “Alex. Braxton, died.” Keeping my voice calm, even though the giant werewolf man terrified me s**t less. With him eyeing me with a critical look. Trying not to let his presence affect me. Keeping my eyes locked with Alexander’s. “What do you mean, Braxton died?” Alpha Alexander tilted his head, narrowing his eyes, trying to figure out what Bryan had just said. Keeping my emotions in check. “What I mean, Alexander. Braxton died the same day, I had rejected Seanna.” Looking down towards the ground, speaking with the softest voice. “Wait, you killed your wolf?” Hearing the giant’s man deep rich voice. My body stiffened up from hearing the deepest voice I had ever heard. Nodding my head without saying a word from the situation. Not knowing what will happen next. Fearing that death was coming to me soon. Keeping my eyes down cast. Trying to have my racing heart from escaping from my chest. Hearing soft footfalls coming from down the hall. Seeing a pair of white fluffy slippers upon slim tender legs. Looking up, my eyes widen seeing Seanna standing there, having her arms crossed her chest, her twin crystal blue eyes narrowed staring me down. Shivers run up and down my spin, fear is consuming me. “Bryan, you rejected me. Humiliated me in front of everyone. Yes, I was hurting. Yes, I was in pain. That happened six years ago. When one door closed, another opens. That door opened for me. Now I have a loving pack, a loving mate, a daughter. My new family taught me that no matter how hard life throws you. It’s never too late.” Hearing seanna speak with a tender tone. Trying to understand her words she was saying. It filled my mind with depression and chaos. Keeping my eyes locked on seanna, observing her. Waiting for her to end my poor existence of life. “Braxton, is not dead.” Seanna said. Hearing Seanna say that surprised me. My wolf was not dead? Then where could my wolf be. Looking at seanna with confusion written all over my face. “Bryan, Braxton has been in slumber for the six years.” Seanna said. “What do you mean, he’s been in slumber?” I stated with more confusion. Watching seanna make her way towards me. Seeing her after six long years. She was beautiful, with her long waist length blood red hair, her bright blue eyes that can see right through your soul. Shaking my head to rid of these thoughts. Feeling her place her hand upon my head. “Dude! What the f**k, man! Can you hear me?” a raspy voice spoke in my head. Jumping in my chair where I am tied too. Not believing that Braxton is back. “Braxton?” I replied through our connection. Trying to keep the smile off my face. Just hearing his voice brought me close to tears. “No, I’m Dumbledore. Yes, its me Bry.” Braxton replied, with sarcasm in his voice. While wagging his fluffy brown tail. Closing our connection closed. Trying not to laugh out right in front of everyone. Making eye contact with Seanna, watching her smile with forgiveness shining within her blue eyes. Feeling myself being lifted from the Gabriel, one of the pack warriors. Keeping my emotions blank, knowing I have a lot to work towards. Gaining my Alpha’s trust, my pack’s trust, and earning Seanna’s forgiveness.
