Chapter 6 - Rogue Attacks

 Alpha Alexander Erikson POV

Six years ago, my people had lost two important pack members. Not once did I ever blame Seanna for leaving the pack, even after what Bryan had done to her by rejecting her in front of the entire school. Opening up my eyes from my spot on my private plan heading towards The Howling wolf pack in Sicily, Italy. Knowing that we are dealing with something of the same problems with the rogues coming into our pack lands. Sighing from all the stress over the years of being the alpha. Looking towards my right of me seeing my beta resting in his seat calmly ignoring his own surroundings. Shaking my head in annoyance of the situation. 

“Alpha Erickson, we are 5 minutes away from your destination” Replied the pilot through the pack link.

“Thank you, Kent.” Ending the mind link with my piolet. Kicking Trevor awake from his seat. “Dude, wake up. We are here, we need hurry and get to the pack by night fall” snickering at my beta’s misfortune of being rudely awaken. 

“Dude, the fuck.” Hearing him groan from his place, watching him become fully awake. Sighing in boredom, waiting for the plane to land on the airstrip. Once landed, we got off the plane with our luggage. Looking around, seeing a very tall, muscular man waiting by a Dark green Jeep Cherokee. What I saw of this man was his piercing deep green hunter eyes. Shivering from his piercing eyes that can see right through your soul. 

“Alpha Erickson, please follow me. I will take you along with your beta back to my pack” nodding my head agreeing with him. Following him with my beta behind myself we got into the car heading back towards the pack that will hopefully help myself and my pack with this rogue problem. Looking around the car itself, I noticed there was an infant car seat in the back of the car next to Trevor. 

“Beta, if I may ask who’s infant car seat, is that?” observing him, waiting for his reply. 

“My daughter’s car seat, Alpha.” Noticing the humor in his deep voice.

Chuckling to myself, shaking my head in astonishment. “I see. How old is your pup?” Seeing that we have arrived to our destination.

 “She is 3 months old, alpha.” Getting out of the car myself, nodding to his answer. Watching him take out our luggage with no fault and handing them over to some omegas. Looking around myself seeing so many pack members walking around the pack, especially at this time of evening. Making my way towards the Beta of this pack. Hopefully, we can find answers to this rogue problem as soon as we can. Sighing for the tenth time today, I knew things were going to get even more complicated. What caught my attention was seeing someone walk up towards us, especially this young woman who got me and my wolves’ attention. 

“Alex! Mate! She is our mate!” shaking my head to get rid of haze’s hyper voice after noticing our beautiful mate talking with our escort. Seeing that she was holding a little pup that was so adorable. Especially with their bright blood red hair. Reminded me of Seanna’s bright red hair. 

“I wonder?” following both the beta and my mate towards the Alpha’s office. Not expecting to meet someone from my past. Especially the top warrior of my pack.

 “Dom, our guest are here.” Watching the beta walk in and holding the door open for myself and my beta. Raising a blonde eyebrow in amusement, seeing this giant man hold this tiny pup with gentle care. “Alpha Dominic, It’s good to see that you are doing well” taking my seat in front of Dominic’s oak desk.

“Alpha Alexander, glad you can make it. How was your trip?” shaking my head in amusement. “You know, plane rides are the greatest” smirking with a bit of sarcasm dripping from my mouth. Hearing Dominic chuckle from my words. I did not hear the door opening till it was too late. Before I knew it, she walked in.

“Alex?”

Seanna’s Myst POV

Giggling from watching my best friend play with Natalia on the floor of my office in the pack hospital. “Sea, how long do you think the meeting will be?” turning towards Serena who is sitting in front of desk drinking her cup of tea we had made on our break. “Not sure, Rena. It could take all night.” Hearing peels of laughter coming from my precious miracle, just seeing how innocent she truly is and knowing that the love created her between myself and my warrior mate. “Babe, I’m home with our guest. If you can, please meet us in Dom’s office. Love you my angel” smiling from hearing from my warrior mate.

“Will love. Natalia will join us” giggling while cutting off our mind link before he even says anything back. Getting up and double checking I have everything in Nat’s diaper bag. “Well, lady’s Ares is home with our guest. I am needed in the meeting as well. So, I will take my bundle of joy with me” Looking between both Serena and Lexi. “Girl, me and Serena can watch the little angel while you and Ares are in the meeting.” Smiling at my best friends shaking my head knowing that it will be the best option, anyway. “All right, she just got fed. Just make sure she is resting and is in bed by the time we are back” picking up my giggling child, giving her Eskimo kisses with our noses. Handing her over to her auntie Lexi, walking out of the clinic with both ladies and my daughter, we make our way to the pack house waving at everyone who is still out and about.

Watching Lexi walk ahead of us with my precious girl in her arms, linking my arms with Serena we make our way inside and depart from each other watching my mate talk with the other Alpha that looks familiar, just for some odd reason can’t put my finger on who it could be. “Lili, do you know who the other Alpha is?” waiting for my bestie to say something. Giggling at the scene before me, seeing how my giant mate holds and rocks our pup in his arms. “Um, Sea. I think that it is Alex.” Closing off my connection with Lilianna, making my way into the office, letting Lexi leave with Natalia. Turing around facing Dom and everyone else in the room. What surprised me was who the beta is. “Alex?” Waiting for the alpha to turn around. Seeing him turn around, knew that Lili was correct in saying that it was Alex from the Rising River Wolf Pack. “Sea, long time no see.” Watching Alex stand up from his seat looking at me with so much warmth coming from his eyes. “Yes, long time no see.” Giving Alex a warm smile after seeing each other in the last six years. “Alex, how is your father?” taking my seat upon my mate’s lap, seeing how he was getting a bit overprotective of me. Sighing from the situation, looking up towards my handsome mate, my warrior, my alpha male. Kissing under his chin, letting him know I am all his and only his. “Ares. Stop, Alex is an old friend of mine from my old pack.” Giggling from mind linking my mate. Feeling Ares wrap his muscular arms around my curvaceous waist, letting him take in the comfort of my scent.

“My father is doing good. We missed you back home. How is life here for you? Seems, you found your second chance mate?” biting my lip trying to hold back a moan from Ares kissing my neck. “Yes, she found her mate.” Giggling from hearing Ares’ deep baritone voice next to my ear. “I found my mate. We have gone through a lot together. Especially, with my k********g six months ago.” Sighing from the thought of what had happened six months ago. Leaning my body even more into Ares large frame, feeling myself slowly close my eyes from the tiring day of work today. Wrapping my arms around Ares neck making myself more comfortable upon my mate. Feeling his warmth and tender touch, listening to his strong heart beat helped lull me to sleep. Knowing I was safe, warm and protected within his arms. Snuggling more into his embrace, letting the meeting go on without me. Sighing with contempt, happily being ignorant of my surroundings. Ignoring everyone else in the room, curling my body around my mate’s enormous frame. Situating myself more comfortably, laying my head upon my mate’s lap, letting sleep take over as my body and mind were too tired to handle everything right now in this room of high testosterone males.

Ares Maxwell POV

Holding my beautiful mate in my arms as we sit on the couch in Dom’s office. Keeping my eyes and ears out during the meeting. Just having her in my arms makes the situation less annoying than how it is now. “Ares, how long do you think it would take for you and a few warriors heading out with Alpha Alex and help him with his rogue issue?” Sighing with slight annoyance, knowing that I was the best choice to head the training and help with the other pack. “Dom, it will take at least 3 days before we can head out. Plus, with Seanna and Natalia, they will go with us as well. As my mate knows the area more so then we do” Seeing Dom nod his head in agreement. Keeping my eyes upon my sweet angel curled up on my lap. Hearing her soft intake of breath while she sleeps in my arms, and her head upon my lap. Running my hand through her long wavy bright blood red hair. Chuckling to myself, remembering how much my daughter looks identical to her mother, only difference is Natalia has my hunter green eyes and round face. Smiling down on my sleeping mate, trying to ignore the conversation between both Alpha’s in the room with us.

“Beta Maxwell, do you really think it would be best to have pup tag along?” Looking up from my sleeping mate, keeping her safe within my arms as she sleeps. Raising my hunter green eyes, narrowing them at the one who had spoken. “Beta Stone, correct.? You, know that pup you are talking about is my daughter. If you have a problem with me bringing my family along, then keep your damn mouth shut?” making sure my voice is low, sharp and calm while talking with this is dumbass. “Ares, what is going on?” looking down at seanna, who had just woken up from her small cat nap. “Nothing my love, just some asshat who can’t keep his mouth shut is all.” Sighing in annoyance while watching my fiery red head mate tilt her head in her cute thinking pose.

“Love, the beta was just being a smartass about our pup” mind linking my mate through our private link. Watching her narrow her bright twin blue eyes in annoyance and anger. Raising an eyebrow, letting my mate up from my lap. Chuckling under my breath waiting for the moment my mate would put the young pup in his place for talking about our daughter as if she was a hindrance. “Fucker is going to get it now.” Trying to keep the smirk off my face looking between both of the Alphas. We all knew what was going to happen in a moment. “You and me both Ra. Can’t wait till this young pup, gets what he deserves” cutting off the link between myself and Ra watching the outcome of my petite mate yelling at the pup who made the comment about our precious pup. Observing everyone in the room, seeing Alpha Alex shake his head in knowing what was about to happen with my beautiful mate. “Dude, the little b***h is going to piss himself after Sea deals with him” chuckling from Dom’s comment through our pack link. “You’re absolutely correct, my dear friend” closing the pack link with Dom, watching everything unfold with seanna and the beta. 

“What do you mean, why should we even bother?! Do you think I am stupid or something?! My daughter, is safer with both her parents then with anyone else. Yes, we have our pack, yes, we have our close friends. But, do they all know our pup like we do? Absolutely not! If I ever hear you talk about my daughter. I will make sure I chop your d**k and balls off and feed them to the f*****g rogues! Do you hear me, pup!” snickering in my seat, watching the scene unfold before my eyes. “Love, I believe you may have scarred the young pup” trying to keep myself from smiling out right seeing the pup tremble from my petite 5’1 mate. “I-I-uh. Y-yes, madam” shaking my head laughing with a large smirk upon my face hearing Dom and Alex burst out laughing with the situation. Standing up from my seat, still chuckling from the whole situation of my beautiful fierce mate yelling at the young beta. Shaking my head, picking up my mate and throwing her over my shoulders, waving goodbye to both Alpha’s pissing themselves laughing. Shaking my head in wonder on how everything escalated from calm to hell has no fury of a mama wolf. “Ares, put me down!” chuckling, making sure my mate is safe over my shoulder, giving her ass a good smack keeping her calm. Hearing her huff in annoyance, knowing how red her face is from the embarrassment of me carrying her like this. Putting my mate down in our room in the pack house, watching her make her way over to our sleeping princess in her crib we have here. 

“Love, we should pack what we will need in 4 days.” I had said. Making my way into the bathroom to get a quick shower before bed. “Babe, I have already had our things pack.” Feeling my mate’s naked body against my bare back. Just feeling her large breasts rub against my back. Turning around in the hot shower, picking up my mate, pushing her against the shower wall. Having her legs wrapped around my waist, along with her slender arms holding my shoulders.

“f**k, Love.” Kissing my mate with everything I had. With one quick thrust of my hips, letting my harden member enter her sweet warm core. Slowly getting down from off my mate, we continue with our shower finishing getting clean from our lovemaking. Once done, we both got out and dried each other off. Stepping away from the shower, with a white fluffy towel wrapped around my nude body. Walking towards our daughter’s crib making sure she was still sleeping. Reaching one of my hands gently pushes away some of her blood red hair from her delicate face. Leaning down, kissing her forehead goodnight. Back away from her crib, making my way into our walk-in closet. Putting the wet towel into the laundry hamper.

Once done, I made my way to our king-size bed, getting into my side, waiting for Ares to join me for bed. “Love, do you know where I put my gym bag?” giggling into my hands shaking my head knowing that mate misplaces most of his things. “Ares, it’s on the top shelf in our closet on your side near your Nike runners” laying myself down into our bed, pulling the comforter over myself snuggling into my pillows. Feeling the bed dip from my loving mate. Turning over into my mate’s firm embrace. Placing my head onto his chest, listening to his strong heartbeat, I love so much. Closing my eyes tiredly, letting sleep overtake me. Hearing his deep voice before sleep takes me. Snuggling into his embrace, letting his arms pull me more into him. Whispering a goodnight to my mate, hearing his reply with love seeping from his deep baritone voice. Snuggling more against Ares’ warm body, letting sleep consume us both. The next few days will be tough, going back to my old pack. Where my life began 22 years ago. “Please, moon goddess. Give me the strength to protect my family.”
