I bolted out of the mind share gasping for air. Hero gently grabbed me and guided me to a chair behind me. Zero placed a hand on my back and rubbed circles to try and calm me down. Leo bent me over. “Place your head between your knees princess. Take deep breaths slowly.” I tried to breath slowly like he said to but it was getting difficult to do. Then I heard a voice in my head. One that I had never heard before. “Jess, breath with me in and out.” I felt this voice gently help me control my breathing. When I calmed down I looked around the room. “Jess you ok?” Alex. “Yeah. Who was that?” I asked while rubbing my head.
