Chapter 5 What little composure I had gained during the brief time I’d been with Daniel, Andie and Angel vanished as we fled into the night. I felt the build-up of energy inside me, and the thought of being captured and returned to where I had been tortured was beyond terrifying. I fought to hold on, to not let the memories overwhelm me again.
