Becca and Fredrick laughed with each other, as they enjoyed a morning jog together round the pack, before they began their individual training sessions that they would lead. Becca was going to continue her work with the omegas, really wanting them all to be as fit, healthy, and able to defend themselves, as soon as possible, whilst Fredrick took the leadership training, and Hendrick helped with the warriors.
