Amanda’s POV
The room fell into total silence as the men left, leaving me alone with Alpha Edward. Looking into his eyes, I saw so much hate and anger directed towards me, and I couldn’t bear to look anymore; instead, I averted my gaze as tears dropped onto my cheek.
“Why did you do it?” His voice was low, but the anger in his tone was palpable.
With a hard gulp, I looked at him and shook my head. “Answer the damn question!” He yelled and threw the glass of wine to the floor, making me flinch in fear.
