Alpha Edward’s POV
I could see the stunned look in her eyes when she saw me standing in the garden. Actually, I never expected to see her in the garden; I had no idea she was there. I only wanted to get some fresh air, and the garden was the right place to be.
I could see how she stared at me with anger burning in her eyes, and then she looked away and turned her back against me. I wanted to leave, to give her the privacy she wanted, but I couldn’t, as I found myself moving closer to her.
Arriving where she stood, I stood beside her and heard her groan. “What is it you want this time, Alpha Edward?” Her words were filled with so much hate for me, and I didn’t blame her for that. Her hate and anger are justified. I was also angry at myself for the things I did.
