I took Jamal's advice about exploring, and I took another evening shower, got dressed in something simple enough to attract people. I don't really know who does it for gay men, but I think I looked decent enough to pique someone's interest. Jamal had emphasized the fact that I should try to look less old-fashioned, before he left for his home and I tried my best not to look so stuck up.
My drive to the human was a little over an hour. I and Jamal spent all afternoon searching for distant locations of gay bars that weren't too close to home just to avoid running into familiar faces. We found one which was about an hour and twenty minutes' drive away from the pack and I saved the location to avoid getting lost.
