“Come in" I grumbled out, dropping my pen on my book.
"My king, there's an issue with the head maid and Mia” one of the guards said, his face bowed.
"What happened?” I was intrigued by what Mia has done now with the huge head maid. The lady once scared me when I was in my teens, and yet Mia, as little as her size, isn't scared of her.
"She hit her at the back of her head with a log and she passed out, she is currently in the infirmary and Mia in the dungeons” he said.
"You may leave, I'll be down there soon,” I said, dismissing him. The click of my office door proves the fact he left the room. I chuckled softly, Mia, a feisty little human, her stubbornness will get her killed, not by me, yet.
How did she manage to land a log on the tall head maid, she really does amaze me.
