Chapter Two

"You're crazy, Ms. Dominguez. I've never met someone as crazy as you are."

I smiled wider. "Thank you, Caius."

"That wasn't a f*****g compliment," he said; he gritted his teeth.

I saw him looking at the bomb activator. I know what he's planning. Pakiramdam ko nababasa ko ang iniisip niya ngayon. He's obviously planning to get it from me. Napangisi na lang ako at akmang pipindutin 'yon. Agad na nanigas ang katawan niya, namutla.

"If this is just a prank, please stop this now. I'll let this pass, like it didn't happen at all. Just please, stop this immediately, Ms. Dominguez," he said in a serious tone, he seemed desperate.

"Call me Luisa," I muttered. I gently caressed his neck with my thumb. I bit my lower lip to suppress my moan.

Dampi pa lang ng balat namin sa isa't isa, para na 'kong masisiraan ng bait.

"Ms. Dominguez," pagmamatigas niya.

Napataas ang kilay ko at umaktong pipindutin ang activator. Agad na napaupo nang tuwid si Caius. "I-I mean, Luisa..." His jaw clenched as if he was disgusted. "We should talk about this first. Hmm? I can't marry you just like that. Y-you're my student... and I'm about to marry Lynne," he explained, as if he's explaining to a five-year-old child.

My forehead furrowed. I gripped the activator tightly. "But I'm sure I love you more than she loves you! Can she do these things for you?! Sigurado ako na ako lang ang may kayang gumawa ng ganito para sa'yo!" I don't know if I still make sense. Naiinis na ako!

Caius sighed and buried his face on his palms before he stared at me. "I-I don't know why you're so obsessed with me, but I'm not someone who can reciprocate your feelings. Just love someone who can love you back and I'll just forget about this--"

"Ayoko sa iba! Ikaw lang ang gusto ko!" Hindi ko napigilan magtaas ng boses. "Just f*****g sign that paper if you don't want me to kill that b***h!" asik ko, akmang pipindutin ang activator.

Caius obviously panicked. He gulped and licked his lower lip, as if he's trying to think of a way to escape from this... And of course, I will never let him escape. I'd been waiting for this chance for three years.

"Caius... Just sign that paper. Hindi ko na siya papatayin sa oras na pirmahan mo 'yan," sabi ko na lang, pilit kong pinakalma ang sarili ko.

Caius stared at the marriage contract. He sighed and stroked his hair with his fingers. He looked at me with those pleading eyes. "Luisa... I'll give you anything you want, but please, not this. I really love Lynne. I-I can't do this."

Hearing him say that he loves her makes me want to kill that b***h for real. But as much as possible, I don't want to resort to that. Kamumuhian ako ni Caius kapag ginawa ko iyon. I just want to be with him.

I sighed and rolled my eyes. "You leave me no choice, Caius," I said. I was about to press the button, but Caius stopped me.

"Okay, okay! I'll sign it. O-okay? J-just don't press that... Oh, fuck."

I smiled widely. I took the pen from my bag and gave it to him. "Sign it now. I'll give you three seconds. Kapag hindi mo pa pinirmahan 'yan sa loob ng tatlong segundo, pipindutin ko na 'to," sabi ko na lang. "One... Two..."

Nagmamadaling pumirma si Caius bago pa ako nakarating sa three. Napngiti ako at dali daling kinuha ang papel saka inilagay 'yon sa bag ko. Tila naubusan naman ng dugo si Caius pagkatapos. Natulala siya sa sahig, tila hindi makapaniwala sa nangyari.

I touched his hair with my overly shaking hand. Damn. I couldn't believe I'm touching him right now. "Caius... Break up with her first thing in the morning and tell her that you don't love her anymore. Hmm?"

"If I do that... you won't hurt her anymore?" he asked in a weak voice. He looked at me, he stared straight into my eyes as if he's looking at my soul.

"Yes. You have my word, Caius. As long as you're mine, I won't hurt her," I muttered.

We both went silent for a moment. I took my time and stared at his handsome face. My knees are shaking like hell right now. I don't know how I managed to pull everything off. I'm really nervous, but I guess I did great for not letting it show.

"I will let go of her now... and I'll register our marriage right after... I'll be right back," I said and smiled at him.

Hindi ko na siya hinintay na magsalita. Agad ko siyang tinalikuran at umalis. I giggled like a kid when I finally went out of his house. I couldn't contain the excitement that I feel. I even slapped myself to know if this was real. I felt ecstatic when my slap hurts.

Even though I don't want to, I went to Lynne's house. She was still unconscious. Inalis ko na ang pagkakatali sa kaniya at agad na inalis ang bomba. Inihiga ko siya sa kama at inilagay ang libro sa tabi niya para na rin isipin niya na panaginip lang ang nangyari ngayong gabi. Hindi ko alam kung iisipin niya 'yon, pero bahala na.

Bumalik ako sa bahay ni Caius pagkatapos kong asikasuhin si Lynne. Umakyat ako sa gate at dumaan sa bintana. Naabutan ko si Caius na nagluluto sa kusina. Napangiti ako at lumapit sa kaniya, natigilan lang ako dahil may naamoy ako nasusunog.

Agad akong lumapit sa kaniya. Nakatulala lang siya sa niluluto niya, tila wala sa sarili.

"Caius," I called him.

Caius flinched and looked at me. Mukhang nagulat pa rin siya at hindi makapaniwala nang makita ako. I just smiled at him and looked at the burnt fried chicken that he was cooking. "Is that for me?" I asked.

Napatikhim na lang si Caius at pinatay ang stove. "No, it wasn't for you. I'll just throw these. Sunog na," sabi na lang niya saka kinuha ang frying pan at akmang itatapon, pero agad ko siyang pinigilan.

"Sa'kin na lang... I'm hungry," anas ko.

Napakunot ang noo ni Caius. "Are you f*****g serious? Look at this." Napatingin siya sa sunog na fried chicken.

I bit the insides of my cheeks. I want to tell him that I'll eat anything that he cooks, even if it's the most horrible-tasting food in the world as long as he was the one who cooked it... but I restrained myself. He's obviously still shocked about what happened. I'll take everything slow, just for tonight.

I took the frying pan from him and put the chickens on a plate. Caius was just staring at me. I can feel my cheeks heating up, but I did my best to calm myself.

Umupo ako sa upuan saka nagsimulang kumain ng chicken. "Hmm..." I moaned and took another bite. I can feel energy surging in me. I can't believe I'm eating the food that my love cooked!

Caius crossed his arms and rested his back on the wall, staring at me. I felt my cheeks heating up even more. I just bit the insides of my cheeks, then continued eating. He's staring at me! I know I probably look like a ghost right now, but I don't give a s**t anymore. He's staring at me, I'm gonna die!

"It seems like you know a lot about my house more than me. Just how long have you been trespassing here? Damn," Caius hissed. "Why do you even like me? Why are you so obsessed with me? I don't remember giving you any reason to act like that... to be so obsessed with me. Why are you doing this?"

I didn't answer his questions. Tumuloy na lang ako sa pagkain. I'm still happy by the fact that he cooked something for me. Well, it was not exactly for me, but still, he cooked it. I'm so happy!

Caius groaned. I gasped and pressed my thighs together. That was so hot, I almost had my orgasm! I gulped and tried to calm my raging hormones. I fought the urge to touch myself here in front of him. He would freak out for sure.

Lumapit sa akin si Caius. Inilapat niya ang kamay sa mesa, malapit sa plato ko. "Are you really not going to answer me?" he muttered in a low tone. I can feel his breath on my ear.

Napalunok ako at napabitiw sa fried chicken. Napakagat ako sa ibabang labi ko kasabay ng pamumuo ng pawis sa sentido ko. I looked at him. I almost die when I realized our faces are just a few inches apart. Good thing my long bangs is covering my face that is already red as a f*****g tomato... I stared at him; my lips parted as I stared at his perfect face this close. I really hope I'm not dreaming right now.

"This is not just a mere obsession, Caius. I really love you. You're my life," I whispered.

Caius smirked. "This looks like just a mere obsession to me..." Lumayo na siya sa akin. "Leave right after you finish eating that. I know I signed that f*****g paper to be your husband or whatever, but to be honest... You give me the creeps. I'm not comfortable with you being here," he bluntly said.

I smiled and took a bite on my chicken. "R-really? Does it mean you have feelings for me?"

Caius blinked. "Why the hell did you interpret my words like that?" he asked with disbelief in his voice. "Whatever. Just f*****g leave right after you finish eating." Pagkasabi no'n, agad ako nitong tinalikuran at nagtungo sa kwarto niya.

I just giggled and bit my lower lip. I continued eating fried chicken. Hindi ko napigilang ngumiti buong oras. This happiness was too much to bear.

Pagkatapos kong kumain, hindi ako umalis kagaya ng gusto ni Caius. Pumasok ako sa kwarto niya. Ginamit ko ang susi na nasa akin. Naabutan ko siyang nakaupo sa kama niya habang nakatutok sa laptop. Napakagat pa ako sa ibabang labi ko nang makitang nakasuot siya ng salamin.

Caius felt my presence and looked at me. He sighed and closed his laptop then removed his eyeglasses. He stood up and went to my direction. I bit my lower lip and pressed my thighs together. His presence alone makes my mind runs wild. His muscular built was perfect. He's tall and lean with muscles in right places... My height didn't even reach his neck.

"What are you doing here?" he asked. I can feel the anger in his voice.

"I-I want to stay here from now on," I mumbled.

Caius sighed and stroked his hair with his tattooed fingers. "That's something I couldn't take anymore, Luisa. Umuwi ka na," he said in an authoritative voice, it almost made me melt. The way he says my name was so hot... Goodness

"You're my husband now... Why can't I stay here with you?" I asked.

"Are you seriously asking that?" he chuckled humorlessly. "I can't keep up with your s**t regarding this, Luisa."

I bit my lower lip and played with my fingers. "Should I just go back to Lynne's house and kill her?" I whispered in a calm voice.

Caius flinched. He licked his lower lip and sighed. "Fine. f*****g do whatever you want." He gave up. He went back to his bed and continued what he was doing.

Napangiti ako saka pumasok nang tuluyan sa silid niya. Hindi ko na nilibot ang tingin ko dahil ilang beses na rin naman akong nakapasok dito. I went straight to his wardrobe and took a T-shirt.

"Can I take a bath?" I asked him.

Caius didn't answer. Nanatili siyang nakatutok sa laptop niya. Napakagat na lang ako sa ibabang labi ko at inilapag ang bag ko sahig saka pumasok sa bathroom. A smile immediately formed in my lips when I smelled Caius' scent in the air. I can smell his shower gel, his shampoo, his soap... everything.

I immediately removed my clothes and started taking a bath. I was so happy while washing myself. I smell like Caius. I just moaned and touched myself... and damn, I'm soaking wet down there.

I quietly took care of it. Nagsuot na ako ng robe saka nagsepilyo pagkatapos. I took the white extra toothbrush. Alam ko na kulay blue ang toothbrush na ginagamit niya. As much as I love everything about him, I don't want to creep him out even more by using his toothbrush... Like I've said earlier, I have to take everything slow for the meantime... though I know wasn't doing it right.

I wore Caius' T-shirt after that. It was huge for me, the hem reaced my legs. I smiled widely as I smell his scent through the shirt. I hugged my self and giggled. I can't believe this is happening.

I went out of the bathroom. Napalunok na lang ako at lumapit sa isang table. Kinuha ko ang suklay ni Caius na nakalagay roon saka nagsimulang suklayin ang buhok ko. Nanatili akong nakatitig sa kaniya habang abala siya sa ginagawa.

Pagkatapos kong magsuklay, lumapit na ako sa kama saka umupo sa gilid, malayo sa pwesto ni Caius. Napalunok ako nang matigilan siya saka tumingin sa akin. Napakunot ang noo niya, bumaba ang tingin sa suot ko.

"Why are you wearing my shirt?" tanong niya, tila naiinis.

"I don't have my clothes with me," I murmured.

"That's not my problem anymore. I don't want anyone wearing my clothes." His jaw clenched.

I just nodded. Hinawakan ko ang laylayan ng shirt at basta na lang hinubad ang damit na suot ko. "Okay. I don't mind sleeping naked," I said and handed him his shirt.

Caius immediately turned his gaze away from me. "Damn," I heard him hissed.

He stood up and threw the shirt back at me. "Fine! f*****g wear it!" asik niya pa.

Napangiti na lang ako at sinuot ulit ang damit niya. Inamoy ko kaagad 'yon nang masuot ko. I can smell his scent from it. I'm so happy.

"Thank you," I whispered and hugged myself.

Caius sighed and sat on the bed again. "This will be the last time, Luisa. I couldn't keep up with your pranks anymore... You're still my student, you should respect--"

Agad kong pinutol ang sasabihin niya. "I'm your wife now. I'm not just your student."

Caius looked at me. I tucked my hair behind my ears and stared at him too. Naramdaman kong natigilan siya nang mapatitig sa akin. Bahagyang napakunot ang noo ko dahil titig na titig siya sa'kin.

"B-bakit?" tanong ko, pilit kong pinapakalma ang puso ko.

Caius avoided my gaze and cleared his throat. He stood up and took his laptop. "Sleep here. I'll sleep in the living room," he said, then he immediately stormed out of the room.

Natahimik na lang ako, hindi maintindihan ang nangyari. Napatingin ako sa wardrobe ni Caius, kung saan may malaking salamin na nakadikit doon. Natigilan na lang ako nang mapansin na hindi natatakpan ng buhok ko ang mukha ko... kitang kita ang mukha ko.

I touched my cheek gently... Does seeing my face made him uncomfortable?
