I blinked up at Rowan, my heart going wild as I nodded my head softly. Before I could even grasp what he meant he quickly scooted me over, as if I weighed nothing at all. His arms wrapped around me gently as his long body barely even fit in the bed. He made sure to carefully place my iv aside so it wouldn't snag.
His touch made my heart melt, the close proximity of him making fireworks burst inside of me, making me feel light and tingly. Having his body next to mine was beyond anything I had ever felt in my life, and I fought the urge to freak out. Instead, I bravely rested my head against his chest, breathing him in as a content sigh left me. I can't believe I actually found my mate.
