Seeing Mila's reaction to the lights was more satisfying than I could have ever imagined. The way she gasped and looked at me with those sparkling emerald eyes. I was ready to take her home and straight to bed right then and there. But I knew she needed this, as much as it sucked to admit, she needs more people around her.
