Chapter Seventeen Jas went back to the bridge and ignoring the inquiring eyes that met her, flopped down into her seat. They’d lost. Just when she thought it would all be finally over, they’d lost. The prospect of the Shadow War continuing stretched out endlessly in front of her. She’d thought she could make it through to the end. Now, she wasn’t so sure.
