Chapter 9After twenty-five years of investigating everything from missing executives to disloyal spouses, Bob was good at what he did. He liked having the chance to help an old friend in trouble. It felt worthwhile, even if there were things his friend wasn't telling him, even if there weren't much to work with yet.
