Nora's POV
I looked behind me and saw Alpha Leo calmly seated with folded arms. With a frown, I checked the wall clock and noticed that it was 7 pm and he wasn’t showing any sign of leaving.
“This is ridiculous,” I scoffed and stood to my feet. With a smile, I said my goodbyes to the kids who expressed their gratitude with a hug. With a exhausted sigh, I walked up to where Alpha Leo sat and met him talking to the patrons.
“Thank you so much, Alpha,” they both exclaimed while I stared at one of the patron's hands and saw a check. “This means a lot to us,” they thanked him with their heads lowered with respect and gratitude.
“It’s my duty as your alpha. I’ll make sure I add this orphanage to my scheme of work,” he said and turned to me. “Are you done?” he asked, and I nodded.
