Nora’s POV
I woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside my window. Blinking my eyes a few times, I took a deep breath and smiled. Slowly, I sat up on the bed, feeling free. Memories of last night's kiss with Lord Maddison flooded my mind, and I couldn't help but smile at the thought. “Stop having stupid thoughts and focus on the task ahead,” Lolita groaned, and I sighed, pushing the thoughts to the back of my mind.
I got up from the bed and did a quick workout before taking a refreshing shower. I got dressed, picked up my bag, and headed downstairs. As I reached the bottom of the stairs, I saw Luiz coming out of the kitchen. “Good morning, Nora,” he greeted me with a warm smile, which I returned.
“Take a seat at the table. I'm already done with breakfast,” he said, and I smiled and
