Nora’s POV
"Wake up, Alpha Leo. Wake up," I pleaded as I shook his lifeless body lying in a pool of his own blood.
As I knelt beside Alpha Leo's motionless form, my heart pounded in my chest, and my hands trembled. Blood pooled around him, staining the ground beneath us. Panic surged through my veins, and tears filled my eyes.
"Alpha Leo, please wake up," I pleaded, but he remained lifeless.
"Alpha Leo!" I yelled, and as I opened my eyes, I realized it was just a dream.
I could feel my heart pounding in my chest, and my whole body was soaked with profuse sweat.
