We all remained silent as I waited for someone to speak, but none of them spoke up. I watched as they stared at each other for a moment, then back at me, still not uttering a word.
With a heavy sigh, I looked around and waved at the waitress, who hurried over and lowered her head to both Alpha Leo and Lord Maddison.
"Can I borrow a coin from one of you? I'll return it," I requested, and she nodded, then went to fetch it.
Within a minute, she returned and handed the coin to me before leaving. I gazed at both of them for a while before speaking. "Alpha Leo and Lord Maddison, do either of you have something to say?" I asked and Lord Maddison responded, "I'll choose tails."
