WHEN Eric’s team finished the restaurant project, they had a celebration dinner along with all his employees who worked on the project. It was held in a private resort with a pool, and Eric had his secretary plan it to reward everyone who worked hard to finish the construction project on time.
Eric invited me to join the dinner since he wanted to introduce me to his employees as well. When we arrived at the resort, everyone who was there cheered.
