CALLUM I sat, shoulders bunched as I watched the security tape of the western gate where the guests were checking out. My warriors were checking and ticking everyone that had gone out so no unwanted vermin will remain. After watching and making sure everything was done methodically, I picked up my phone to resume my earlier activity. Trying and failing to send dove a text. I was at it for more than half an hour, before archer’s e-mail came in which had prompted me to work. But now here I am again. Groaning softly I looked down on the keyboard taking half of the screen, wondering since when did messaging my dove become so hard. Riiight..since she became my fated. A sudden sharp pain in my chest made me furrow my brows at the uncomfortable sensation. I did not wake up my best today.
