The lights on the campus were soft and beautiful.
After the important broadcast, the principal personally presented the awards to the student who ranked top three in every class.
He walked through the classrooms one after the other, and finally, he reached Aurora’s classroom.
“Aurora is indeed the pride of our school. I just hope all of you will learn more from her in the future! Now, Aurora, please come to the front to accept your award.”
Aurora felt shy. She quickly walked up and accepted her award. She wanted to go back to her seat as soon as possible.
But, she sounded the principal whispering at her ears:
"Aurora, are you satisfied with the outcome of my announcement?”
The principal spoke in a low voice that could only be heard by the people who were very close to him.
