Two, he can embed the refined cores in almost anything including items, consumables, weapons, living beings, etcetera, as long as it has a bar of slots. Three, he can put more refined cores in the second slot when developing the refined cores in the first slot. Four, the refined cores have a predetermined set of limits which he finally figured out after refining the higher tier rarity of the cores.
