Chapter 6 Tezla’s head was swimming by the time Eve and Ashley finally decided they believed her, and Sam could stop sending videos to her communication device. An “Eye-Pad” as it seemed to be called, for reasons too convoluted for her tipsy mind to trace. All three of them were yawning, and it was well past time to go to sleep. Part of Tezla shrank back from the notion, still scarred by her century-long hibernation. But the rest of her hoped that in the morning her world might make a little more sense. “We only have the two sleeping bags,” Ash said apologetically, as he hung a small lantern from a hook at the top of the tent. “But I think this will work.” Tezla looked at the layout, and then back at her companions. “Are you…are you sure?” Ash shrugged. “I’ll be fine with just a couple
