~Faith~ "Brother," I stammer, my voice trembling behind Aiden. Although I know he speaks the truth. "Just because he is your brother does not make him safe. We must remain cautious," Aiden's voice resonates in my mind, a warning. "I will not take her from you, for you are the one she belongs with. You are her fate, destined to protect her, wolf," the merman speaks. "But she must learn who she is and why she is important. The spell, one that should have never been cast on her, is now broken. The witch may or may not have sensed what she was at the time, but the spell ended up hiding her from real danger. Now that it is gone, my kind can sense that she lives. She will be hunted on land and sea, and unless she knows how to use the great power within her, she will end up in the wrong hands
