On Monday morning, Felicity accessed the secure files she located the Saturday before she left with Rennie. It took some time but her efforts were finally rewarded as she began to note the curious transactions appearing in several accounts. Large deposits and withdrawals to offshore banks all made on the same day were completely illogical. Unearthing similar activity in several places, she had the mechanism for the theft looking her squarely in the face—though the culprit—or culprits—remained unknown. All the entries could be traced to the same computer terminal in the accounting department.
