After Asr(early evening prayer) I came downstairs to cook, I was in the kitchen putting out the ingredients for the meal I was going to prepare, Zayyad was watching sports channel when I came downstairs, he was too engrossed in it to notice me.
I heard footsteps, making it's way to the kitchen, or maybe he will pass and go upstairs.
He didn't.
"Don't Cook today" he said,he stood behind me and wrapped his arms around me, pulling me close to him.
