Rayna turned away, sneaking one final glance towards the park entrance before entering the supply room. Under her breath, she chastised herself. "He isn"t coming. Quit acting like a lovesick teenager." She pulled baskets of plastic brushes from the shelf, all the while wrestling with the ridiculous urge to weep. What was wrong with her? There was no room in her life for such nonsense. Outside again, a few deep breaths of cool air soothed her jittery nerves. She put on a happy face and handed out the brushes to the children, with patient instructions on how to properly use them on the animals.
