Luna woke to something between her legs. She sat up and threw back the blankets. Lucas was on patrol tonight. Luna mind linked to Danna.
My water broke, Doctor! Within minutes, Luna was met by Danna.
"The Alpha is on his way." Luna said with a pant. Lucas burst in and lifted Luna. She cried out in pain from yet another contration. When they got to the birthing suite, Luna was crying from the pain before Danna gave her an epidural. Danna cut Luna's nightgown off and had her put on a hospital gown. Luna called her dad and Alexandra who were soon by her side alond with Lucas.
"Breathe, Lu-Lu." Lucas said in her ear. Luna did and looked at Lucas. He squeezed her hand.
