Chapter 22: Tommy's Thoughts on Jake

1482 Words
Fake, it's all a fake, a fake funeral for fake swaggers pouring tears onto the ground made up of surprisingly expensive bottles of eye drops. But little Tommy could see the dry tears on the corners of his eyes from the beginning of the funeral to the end, but still refused to fall. It felt like participating in a game where it had to try to catch everyone's rare tears on the most difficult level. Tommy suddenly thought that maybe they were selfish and wanted to keep their tears to themselves. He slowly walked to the communal house, in the distance, Tommy saw two familiar figures looming. He crept through the bushes beside the lake. Tommy ducked under the pavilion, where the water had not yet reached. He took a deep breath and continued to move step by step until the toe of his shoe touched the water of the lotus pond. Tommy peered through a tiny round hole in the wooden floor. Above, Jake was sullen, anxious in a black suit, his face expressionless, his eyes looking far away. A woman sat next to Jake, Tommy quickly realized it was his mother - Lana. Tommy and Jake are not brothers born from the same mother. She stroked Jake's hand lightly, her eyes full of tenderness. “Jake, don't worry, Lana is here. Everything will pass. After all, the person who has died will not be able to come back to life. Jake didn't need to let himself suffer like that." Lana held Jake in her arms, his face pressed against her soft chest. Lana realized Jake's tears were rolling down her breasts. Naturally, he burst into tears. Lana patted Jake on the back. Tommy was still stupidly ignorant, it was just that he himself felt extremely curious and excited when he thought that he was acting mysteriously like the superheroes in the movies that he saw every day. His mother's hands were no longer on Jake's back, but on his face. Jake's gaze turned to Lana imploringly. Tommy finds it odd that his mother cuddles up with his half-brother. He sulked because maybe Jake was more in love with his mother than he was. "You're not at fault, do you understand?" Lana didn't hesitate to place a breathless kiss on Jake's lips. The two quickly embraced each other passionately. Jake took off all of Lana's clothes. He ran his hand over her body, both naked bodies interlocking. A steamy, erotic dance was igniting in Lana's fluid movements and Jake's ferocity. Both of their bodies were hot and red in the middle of the hall. The mutual infatuation is like an addiction that makes Jake no longer control himself but crazy possessive. Lana groaned in pain but mixed with pleasure. Jake and Lana's eyes closed as their lips traced each other's burning lines. The two of them swirled together, Lana surging with gusts of pleasure, her breaths ragged with each other. Lana's moans trickled down into Jake's ears, her hands digging into his hard back. Lana bit his neck lightly. All create an electric current running down the spine, stimulating the sensations billowing like a tsunami. He lifted her up with his strong arms. Flesh burns red due to friction. His breathing was interrupted by the pain. For more than two hours, both Jake and Lana showed no signs of stopping. Tommy stood watching surreptitiously, his limbs numb, his whole body going crazy at the images of Jake and Lana. Tommy still doesn't really understand what his mother and cousin's actions are. He looked dumbfounded, at that time, he just thought that maybe people who loved each other and were familiar with each other could do these things. But until he grew older, the more he understood the problem, the scene at that time became an unrelenting obsession. Back at the police station, Jake found Tommy's eyes filled with sadness, a look he'd seen once before. A haunting obsession welled up in Jake's heart: "So we can go home, Sheriff Frankie?" Jake stood up and looked at Frankie. He didn't want to stay here too long, and he didn't want to face Tommy's side. Frankie observantly noticed the strange eyes of Jake and the boy Tommy. The senses of an old fox make him feel that Jake and Tommy's relationship does not stop at brotherhood. Frankie turned to look at Aurora, trying to find some information or signal from her, but she was still as cold as ice. “Okay, the three of you could have gone home a long time ago, just because President Jake wanted to stay here. Thank you, Aurora and Tommy!” Frankie smiled politely to see the three of them out of the police station. When Tommy had just left, he was about to grab his hand and pull him back to say something but then stopped. Jake found Frankie's gestures and eyes to Tommy a bit unusual. But he remained silent, pretending not to notice. "Let's go, let's go back together." Jake opened the car door, Aurora thought for a moment before deciding to get in the car and sit down. He smiled as he was about to sit next to her when Tommy purposely squeezed in. He immediately sat down next to Aurora, his eyes filled with satisfaction that made Jake shiver with anger, hesitatingly refusing to close the door. Aurora looked at Tommy a little surprised, she quickly realized his intentions, so she resolutely said: "Hey Tommy, you should remember that I'm much older than you. Whatever your actions make me understand your despicable intentions. Stop getting dirty and I'll help you later. Otherwise, continue acting on instinct and you will have to bear the consequences.” Tommy angrily slammed the car door, then went forward and sat down in the co-driver's seat, his face as black as coal. Aurora knows Tommy realizes Jake is interested in her so he wants to get closer to her. Although Aurora doesn't know Tommy's reason behind it, she hates it when she becomes a tool for others to control. In fact, Aurora can also notice that Tommy just wants to avoid and limit his contact with Jake as much as possible. But her aim from the beginning was to properly punish the people of the Hunt family. "President, you can sit here, if you like." Aurora smiled at Jake, he plopped down beside her, his expression extremely annoyed. Tommy turned his head to see them both settled down. Suddenly, Tommy scowled, looked ahead and then grumbled at the driver: "Drive carefully." Suddenly, Jake shouted: "Don't talk too much. Driver, you run straight to his school. At least he deserves two weeks of detention. That is enough to make him understand where he is and how to behave accordingly.” The driver understood Jake and quietly drove away. The atmosphere in the car was so tense and odd that the driver broke out in a cold sweat. He felt that from the moment Jake, Tommy, and Aurora got in the car after a visit to the police station, it seemed that the three of them had a bit of a killing intent. After a moment of confusion, Tommy turned to look at Aurora and spoke, his voice whispering deliberately just for the two of them to hear: “Aurora, I'm sorry to bother you. I really don't want it to get this complicated. I hope… you will understand me… after all…” Tommy always has a deep guilt about himself in causing trouble, trouble for others. In particular, he always had a terrible obsession with fear of causing harm to those around him. It is because of this that Tommy is often bullied and taken advantage of by his friends, but the end for relationships is a terrible tragedy for those who dare to take advantage of him. For Jack, seeing Tommy become a lip in someone else's claw is a very bad and humiliating thing. Jake doesn't allow those around him to become weak. He has always clearly displayed a toxic and extreme alpha personality to the point of weirdness. Aurora turned to look at Tommy, she flashed a gentle smile, immediately making him bewildered: "It's okay. Just keep trying to do your best. Next time, don't mess with people like them and put yourself at risk. And you should remember that your attitude will affect your learning environment.” Aurora's smile really reminded Tommy of someone he didn't dare to talk about himself. He turned his eyes to Jake and then remained silent without saying a word. “If you can advise Tommy, you should advise yourself, Aurora. I see you're the real danger-maker. It's not just a few trifles like this that you're allowed to think you've won." Jake looked at Aurora, face as cold as money, then glanced at Tommy with a menacing look.
