"Oto-san," Shin called his father one night when he saw him arrive from somewhere he did not bother asking.
It was one of the luckiest nights that he saw his father at home. He did not waste any more time and took the opportunity to ask him for help.
The chances of getting his request accepted were fifty-fifty, but he was willing to take the risk rather than not to do anything at all. This was his best bet after all.
