Bloody hands
The leaves rustled as the wind blew, a blur of fur ran past me, I smiled as the sun peeked shyly at me through the leaves. It was peaceful. The forest was silent, there was no one around or rather they were avoiding me. I liked it, I loved being alone, scratch that, I didn't mind being alone, once in a while I craved companion but mostly, I loved being alone, I love silence.
The sound of footsteps dragged me out of my thoughts as I groaned and turned to glare at the intruder. It was Mr. Rogers, a gasp left his mouth as he took two steps back, his heart beat faster. He was afraid and he couldn't mask it, I almost smiled as something within me stirred, I was enjoying this.
I pulled out my sun glasses and wore them before he could pee himself. That's right, people found my eyes creepy and scary, nobody could hold eye contact with me for more than a few seconds except my mom. My eyes were bright red, nobody in this school had ever seen my eyes because I always wore my sun glasses even in class. Everyone who did cursed at me and called me a demon, some were too afraid and ran away.
"I uh I wanted to tell you to go to class? " The sentence came out as a question because he was scared. I was surprised he didn't run away. A low growl left my throat as I stalked slowly towards him, he backed away, by now he was sweating, coward! I thought werewolves loved challenges. When I reached where he was, he whimpered, I smirked at him and continued walking towards the school. I was no saint; I loved my play.
I found the teacher already in class and walked in, then went straight to my seat. I leaned on my locker and closed my eyes, I hated it here but this was the only supernatural school in the neighborhood so I was stuck, unless I got expelled. That was precisely my goal.
Someone was shaking me; I woke up ready to give them a tongue lashing only to find it was the timid girl who sat beside me. I didn't have the heart to growl at her." The teacher told me to wake you up” she squeaked Most teachers left me alone, who was this teacher that dared disturb my sleep?
It was a new teacher, I groaned. " Remove those sun glasses you are in class not a beach! " The students bust out laughing, I didn't find it funny though. I scoffed. " I said remove those glasses!" She growled she must be a beta, some low ranked students flinched, I suppressed the urge to growl back, my father would disapprove.
" I can't" I replied. She let out another growl, her body shook, her canines descended, her nails came out and they were slightly scratching the book she was holding, she was about to shift.
" You should go get checked out, you have anger issues" the words came out of my mouth before I could stop them, she snapped. She flipped the desk with one hand and threw it against the window. Wolves hated to be told that, but I had just given her a truth bomb. I looked at her unfazed until she growled at me to get out. I whistled on my way out.
" Your teacher called me ..." father started as soon as I stepped into the house. " Not today dad!" I groaned, " just listen to me honey, I know you miss your mom but acting out won’t make her come back faster, you should respect your elders, it's not right to torment others. Promise me you won't do it again." I nodded and walked to my room. I really missed mom, I jumped on my bed and closed my eyes, I wanted to sleep for a while before I went down for supper.
I woke up with my whole body covered in sweat, I had missed supper and it was already in the morning, I threw back my blanket and walked to the bathroom. I just had a nightmare. A scream escaped my mouth at the sight of my reflection in the mirror. My hand moved to cover my mouth as I stared at the person who stared back at me in the mirror, that couldn't be me, there is no way. I moved my hand and pinched my ear j
