"Rosaline." Indila's tension-filled voice halted my steps. Returning from the hectic day, the twins were fast on foot avoiding a talk with me. I understood their disappointment and couldn't blame them for being angry.
Long gone, I was left alone in the yard, taking slow steers toward my room. Even I wasn't ready to talk about my failure.
"Indila! It's so good to see you. You left quite early today. How was your day?" I tried my best to sound cheerful, not mentally prepared for more questioning.
"Oh dear, it was lovely, I enjoyed my day in the village. I would have loved to hear about yours, but I came here to seek you."
"Seek me?" Indila hesitated for a second.
"Alpha Damon seeks you, he asks I bring you to him the moment you arrive."
