Chapter 9 - Who is he?

We woke up early in the morning. We came out of the inn and for the second time it really felt like a different world, the cobblestone alleyways of the ancient town, the aroma of freshly baked bread wafted from the open windows of a quaint bakery. The sun had barely crept over the rooftops, casting long shadows that danced and stretched as the town slowly stirred to life. This might be what in my world called the medival look, Lai said that this town was called Milbach and as we walk around the town I realize that I missed this the first time I transfered in this world. Looking back asside from the monster forest I didn't pay attenntion that much on what's happening around me or on what place I am, I didn't even notice that they have a small river running accross the town.

Lai told me to check on the guild for reference, unlike what I thought when Lai told me that guilds work only for their own Kingdom that they might be close doors for visitors but to my surprise that many guilds welcome new faces. Lai told me that they do this to attract attention and to invite more forces for their Kingdom but there's also Kingdoms that has closed borders and doesn't trust other people asside from their citizen as their adventurers. We didn't even have to search for the Guild because it stands out so much you think they photoshop it and just paste it here it looks like medival but it looks so clean and prestige for some reason and when we opened their door and to my surprise they look rather organized? yeah that might be the best word to describe their guild.

We immediately got a attendant in front of us without me noticing, Lai whispered to me that they specialize here air magic that's why the attendant didn't make a sound when he approach us just now. The town looked medival but apperently this is a assasin guild, we got a quick tour around the Guild and everything look so clean and quiet. I immediately activated my auto detection when Lai told me that they are assasins and everythings fine until we are about to go out I detected a hostile presence coming from the second floor of the building and the second that that person throw something I immediately release a big wave of ice that freezes the whole building then grab Lai's and Cassiel's hand and blasted out of the Guild.

"I can't understand, they are good guys. Why did you freeze them all mr. Zero?" Lai said as we run towards the plain ouside the town .

"Someone might sold you princess, I just detected someone hostile at the guild and he throws a weapon on us that I immediately activated my skill. I want to save some of them but sorry I am not that proficient with my powers yet, it just feels different using it in this world than when I was in the game. For now we need to find a safe place" I said as we ride a motorcycle I just made from metal and ice.

"Wait, hostile? I didn't even feel anything just who are you Mr. Zero?, and I thought you didn't know how to build a vehicle?" Lai said as she grabs me from the back.

"I don't" I said.

"Then what is this thing that faster than a horse?" She said, I can't see her face right now but I know what face she's making right now.

"I saw what you did then I applied it with mine then this is the result" I said as we came down from the motorcycle.

"You applied what I did? that's ridiculous, who creates their vehicle for the first time using 2 king elements?!, you already mastered water and then created the Ice element now are you saying that you saying that you also mastered the earth element?" Lai said as she was touching the motorcycle, rubbing the ice and metal parts of it.

"Actually I didn't mastered any of those elements" I said as we entered the forest deeper.

"Woah you didn't mastered any of them?, then how can you use the power of a King? 2 Kings at that? and how can you be so relax entering the monster forest?" even looking scared, Lai looked me in the eye waiting for my answers.

We checked the perimeter with both of our detection skills then procedes to make a wall for as so monsters will not disturb us, Cassiel cast a spell which make monsters hate going towards the walls that I made, in short she cast a holy spell into those walls because demons, and monsters hates holy attribute.

"Okay okay you have so many questions why don't we go there for a little break and I will tell you everything" I said as I make a wall of Ice and metal 15 meters away from us.

I said everything to Lai from where I came from what a game is, on what's my mission, who's Cassiel and why I don't know anything about their world and why does we go to this forest. I expect her to at the very least have some distrust from what I'm saying but she immediately take in what I've told her.

"So your a human without powers in your own world, got into this so called game that you dominates and get a price to go into this world bistowed upon you by a God named Aramid then this God told Cassiel to go here at the monster forest because a little friend is waiting here?" Lai said looking like 'did I said that right' face.

"Yeah that's right we're here to meet that friend, even though I don't know who that is but Aramid said it so I can totally tell that who ever that was he/she will not be hostile with us. Oh! Cassiel did Aramid told you other things before coming back here?" I said as I was setting a camp fire. It might be daytime but the monster forest is so dark and the deeper you are the darker it gets.

"He said that maybe it was the last time that him and I will meet in person so be a good girl and guide you to success, be careful with this body that he created because I'm not going to get a new one from him again . . . . . . . oh and go to this place" Cassiel said as she bring out a picture of a church with a hands facing forward as a symbol.

"So we might never see him again huh?, and he really made you a physical body huh. You're gone for a while then came back with a physical body I nearly attack you that time you first showed up with that body. This was so typical of him giving hints like these then don't give out proper instructions like how are we suppose to go to this church. Lai do chu note wet dit it ( Lai do you know where this is? )" I said as I was eating a large portion of meat.

Lai take a look at the picture and make a face that looks like she doesn't understand something.

"Why are you looking like that, do you know where that is?" I said as Lai look like she knows something.

"Of course she knows where that is, as a matter of fact everyone knows what that is and everyone knows where you can find a place like that" A mysterious voice suddenly interrupted our conversation.
