Jasmine did not know who it was that had called from the hospital. All she knew was that the person had said that a member of the Parker family was in the hospital and was extremely ill. Her mind immediately turned to Andrew Parker. Without thinking through her actions, Jasmine immediately rushed to the hospital. Walking inside, she urgently asked the reception about Andrew Parker.
“Parker? Yes, there’s a Parker on the third floor Ma’am. Just go straight down the hall and take the elevator beside the gift shop to the third floor,” the receptionist pointed.
Jasmine did not even listen to her completely before bolting in the direction she was pointing towards. As she passed by the gift shop, however, Jasmine stopped and stared at the person she saw walking towards the door.
