Miguel’s POV "Are you sure we should still go out and about? " I asked Caleb before we left his house. We had already agreed that we should just go to Dexter for more information and we would call it a day, but with what Caleb told me, I think it’s better that he should just rest and ponder on things. He opened the car door, "I’m fine. Let’s just go and get over with- " He suddenly paused and turned. I looked at whatever he was looking at and saw the person I both badly wanted to see and hated to see today. "Caleb, we need to talk. " He didn’t even spare me a glance. I almost scoffed but fought the urge to do so. If he chooses to treat me like I’m invisible, then I’ll do the same. I averted my gaze. It’s clear that he doesn’t have any intention of talking to me, or even sparing a glance
