Prologue
Marcy is a street performer. She was once in a band but it did take them long before they threw her out. She graduated high school a couple of years ago. She even started collage but she dropped out after first year. She works at a small cafe around the corner from her apartment. She earns enough money from her cafe job and from her street performances. She can´t afford luxury but she is happy with what she has. On the other side there is Alexia. She is a Biologist. She went to the same high school as Marcy. They are 2 very different girls on the outside but 2 very similar souls.
Alexia is successful in her life and she has a pretty normal life, nothing out of the ordinary. On the other side there is Marcy. She's definitely less successful. She was never a materialist and she doesn't really care too much about material things in life. Her family wasn't the best but she still loves them and has deep respect for them.
At first sight you would never be able to guess they were friends, let alone "best friends"
They were always kinda secretive about their relationship and that's why most people thought they were in fact best friends. Outside and in school they seemed like best friends especially because they were inseparable. They would have came out a long time ago hadn't it been for homophobes and other not so excepting people. As they were approaching their 4 year they had already started to grow apart. They both noticed it but they both kept quiet as they were fearing for their relationship. By the end of 4 year they barely talked to each other and by their graduation party they were acting like complete strangers. Marcy managed to find out what college Alexia was going to because her friends mentioned it to her. Alexia found out thru her friends also. Although they stopped talking and their relationship was at the point of no return they couldn't deny they still cared about each other.
Alexia was calm and reserved and Marcy was a bit explosive and energetic. They complemented each other in every way but their flame faded with time.
