It had been a week since my meeting with Matthew and Cameron, and I had kept myself busy with work, but Matthew did keep to his word. Every time he had more information, or heard from his friend or family, he told me in great detail. Though it was a bit tedious, his openness in this situation and everything going on around it, has really helped me grow to trust him. But I still am cautious around him, because I don’t want to trust men again. Though I know at some point, I will be able to trust men around me again. I did try to avoid Matthew if I could, because when I did have to see him or even accidently ran into him, it is hard to describe what I felt.
