Lauren opened her eyes slowly to behold his handsome face. She ignored the thudding of her heart and focused solely on the expression he was making. If he had said those words with the serious look he was wearing now, no one would blame her for thinking differently.
"You shouldn't be saying things like that," she said lazily, looking away from his enchanting body, she was almost being bewitched.
