"Sorry I can't hang out with you this Saturday." Lily pouted.
"Why not?" I asked.
"One of my friends from my old high school is coming over to visit so I promised him I will keep this Saturday free to catch up," she replied.
Him? A hint of jealousy sparked inside my brain and I struggled to keep a straight face.
"Who is this jackass?" I asked casually.
"JACOB! He is not a jackass. His name is Darren and we've been best friends since elementary school. He was really upset when I moved so I promised to keep in touch. He is coming over because he misses me," Lily said.
Yeah...I bet he does.
"How about this? Why don't you come over this Saturday and I'll introduce you to him?" Lily suggested.
I am not sure that would be the best idea considering how much I will be fuming to see another
