"This disguise blows, Paul," Ryder mumbled as he made his way down the stairs at the shelter.
Pauly sighed. "I know you're uncomfortable, baby, so am I, but it's the best way to be here and no one really look at us. Homeless people are often treated like they're invisible. It's like if people look past someone that has nothing, then they don't feel guilty for bitching when they want more."
"But did we have to jump in that damn dumpster? I smell like old tuna," Ryder grumbled.
Pauly let out a soft laugh. "I had no idea it was Doris' tuna casserole special tonight."
Shaking his right leg, Ryder hissed, "I think I have some of it in my damn shoes."
Pauly went to his mate and pulled him in for a gentle kiss. Pulling back slightly, Pauly whispered, "Look, I know this isn't the
