Chapter 6
"What the hell are you doing?" Ryder yelled out as Pauly turned away from the town.
Pauly gave a quick glance towards his mate and immediately turned to focus on the road ahead of him. "Baby, listen to me. If there's a bomb in this car, I can't take it through the town and risk more lives. Now, I want you to open the window and shift."
"Oh, f**k no!" Ryder yelled.
Pauly turned sharp eyes to his mate, and Ryder snapped, "Don't give me that look, Paul There is no way in hell I am leaving my mate, alone, in a vehicle with a bomb in it. Now just shut the f**k up with that thought and let’s plan this s**t out."
Pauly heard the conviction in his mate's tone and knew there was no way he was going to be able to talk the man into removing himself from danger. Ryder's next words prove
