Last night was… the strangest, most perplexing, and ludicrous night Violet had ever experienced in her life. She lay awake that night in bed replaying the events that transpired and she still couldn’t make sense of it come daylight.
Violet let out a long sigh and rolled off the bed. The sunlight was streaming through the window as she pushed the curtains to the side.
